Our experienced and qualified trainers impart training in different aspects of BPO & CALL CENTRE operations. Apart from regular class room sessions the trainees also under go lab sessions wherein their typing, listening and communication skills are sharpened. The trainers make the sessions interactive by organizing games and activities to break the monotony and encourage interactive learning. The trainees are evaluated every week and individual attention is provided to ensure that they moving ahead in the right direction. The training lasts for 8 to 12 weeks and helps the trainees to come up to the industry standards.
