We have young team of average age of 30years. We have the enthusiasm of a youth and thus we have a sporty culture.
Culture of Performance:
Adityaa always provides greater objectivity in measuring performance by tracking the performance, growth and potential of each individual. We apply the six-sigma program to ensure the performance at each level. Wherever we feel there is something missing, we immediately check it out followed by hands on training. Weekly, Monthly and Annually, the competencies at each level are evaluated along with the performance evaluation.
Culture of constant Learning:
All training programmes are consolidated under the Adityaa Training Academy. In collaboration with leading training institutes like SGT, Detna etc, domain-specific training needs are identified and programmes developed especially for our employees, to meet each function from Management to technical, commercial, engineering, quality processes, soft skills and inter-personal skill development.
Culture of Innovation:

“Celebration and we”, an everyday matter. We always put great peice of fun within our tight scheduled work through informal activities and get-togethers. That makes us always energetic and brings job satisfaction for each of us: our secrete.
Birthdays and Anniversaries of all employees are celebrated at the office. We always conduct Group outings, Monthly entertainment programs for our employees and their families. We routinely conduct Yoga & stress management programs signify our concern towards each of our staff and their family that keeps us tension free when working for you.
We meet at sports ground twice a year in our sports meet. Here each one of us participate with his/her maximum excitement level. Again the offshore trainings not only give good training circumstances but also provide the fun of side scene.
